Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
- Opened or partially used products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via M-Pesa to the number used to place the order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened supplements or sachets
- Items marked as final sale
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
